Yes. You can import and export stores locations in the same way you do with other cart information. Just navigate to the import/export page in admin and follow the screen instructions.

If you are importing you need to supply the store id as is within the system if it exists so the import process to know it needs to update it, otherwise it will import new record. Also keep in mind the import process will query Google Maps for any records that are missing the lat/lng coordinates so keep the import stores number resonable so not to exseed the limits posted by Google.
